Posting Daily Results to the Web Site

The posting of games to the web is accomplished in two steps:

Step 1:

  1. Start ACBLSCORE and choose game for the day you desire to load. On Monday thru Friday  there are two games to be loaded – one for the morning and one for the evening denoted by either M for the morning or E for the evening session ) i.e. 031103M or 031103E). On Saturday or Sunday there is only one session denoted by an A (i.e.031103A)  After loading the correct game toggle until the open session is loaded.
  2. Type “LR” in the option space and enter
  3. Select “text file “ under recap destination
  4. Under file location press F3 and select c:\daily results and press enter twice
  5. Select “short press and recap” under recap options
  6. Under report width make sure at least 110 is specified
  7. Select “Y” for NS recap
  8. Select “Y” for EW recap
  9. This returns you to  the main options menu where you toggle to include any other sections for that time (i.e. 299ers etc)
  10. Repeat from step 2 above  except that when it offers to overwrite or append you chose to append to the previous file.

This process will create a results file in the library for the session desired. To load to the web proceed to step 2

Step 2.

  1. Load the web Browser to the screen and click on Bridgeacademy login Screen and you should see a screen  which looks

       like

Login:

User Name:

 IDPassword:

                       The User Name is      admin

                        The password is       sixsygma

  1. This should produce  a screen of calendars – Select the day desired and at the bottom of the screen it gives you the option of morning or evening
  2. Select the appropriate session and click browse and it will take you the daily results library .
  3. Choose the game desired and double click which will load the file into the browser window
  4. Click load  file and you are done . If you happen to be loading more than one session you may repeat the procedure without leaving the screen

Note if you think the data for any given session is incorrect you must delete the file previously loaded to the web before attempting to load in corrected data.
